Challenges I Face in the Real Estate Market

There is really a lot more to the up keeping in Real Estate. Just finish helping put in a septic pool that has cause the owner nothing but problems. Especially in the winter months. Many hours was spent working with frozen pipe. The hardest thing about everything is not locating the materials to do the job. Its digging the hole with shovels 4 feet deep about 2 feet wide approximately 3 feet long just one area. Measure about 100 feet away from the house is the location to put the septic pool. 4 feet deep 15 feet wide and 20 feet long, not exactly a job for shovels. Of course it is always good to have good help and know how to operate heavy equipment. like a C325, Bobcat, shovels, pipe glue, foam pipe, felt cloth to catch dirt, levels.Rain gear should it be raining. Water on the job. Hat for your head. Safety shoes, safety vest, safety glasses. Working saws, or cutting materials you never know. It's better safe than sorrow. Or should I say excuse me I did not see you. Accidents do happen some or worse than others. Any time you are working with heavy equipment always be on the alert. Now back to the job at hand. You must always consider the cost and hire help. Sometimes cutting corners can cost more than you expected. Nevertheless you can still, get the job done right with quality services from neighbors or those within your community. Extending an helping hand to your neighbors builds relationships.
